Our practice is unique, in that we offer both functional/integrative medicine and mental health counseling and addiction counseling services, as well as a number of complementary therapies such as massage therapy, pharmacy-grade supplements, nutritional consultation and counseling, and intravenous nutritional therapy. Our practitioners work collaboratively to provide you with the most comprehensive and effective treatment possible.
Medical care is available to children as young as five years old, on a case-by-case basis. In addition to consultative services, some primary care services are also available to established patients. Please note that Dr. Elliott does not provide gynecological exams or obstetric services, but is happy to work collaboratively with your gynecological provider of choice.
The fee for an initial consultation with Dr. Elliott is $425. You will receive a comprehensive health history questionnaire prior to that appointment. It is imperative that you complete that questionnaire in advance of your appointment, and bring it with you to that first appointment. You can expect that appointment to last approximately 2 1/2 hours. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to complete additional paperwork and to assist staff in preparing you to start your appointment with Dr. Elliott on time. Follow-up appointments with Dr. Elliott are typically 45 minutes to 1 hour in length and are $250.
Mental health counseling services are available for children, adolescents and adults. We offer individual, couples and family counseling as well as therapy to address addictions and substance abuse. The fee for an initial counseling session is $135. Subsequent sessions are $120 per session. Counseling sessions are 50 minutes in length. Please arrive approximately 15 minutes early for your first session to complete appropriate paperwork so that your appointment may start on time.
Payment in full is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, and many health spending cards. We do not participate in any health insurance networks, nor are we a Medicare or Medicaid provider. Reimbursement to you for services provided by our office is based on your “out-of-network” provider benefits. Questions regarding your out-of-network benefits should be directed to your insurance provider.
