Anger Management

Do you feel like you have a “short fuse”? Do you wonder why even the littlest things can trigger your anger? Do other people comment on your anger? Are you tired of feeling frustrated and annoyed? In this fast-paced, high-stress world, anger is incredibly common and understandable. Unfortunately, it can be devastating to us- our relationships, our self-esteem, and our physical health.

Anger, in and of itself, is simply an emotion- an emotion that works like the warning light on the dashboard of our car. Something is wrong. Something needs our attention. Anger can serve as a mechanism to identify and solve problems. It's not the anger, in and of itself, that's the problem. It's what we do with it.

Anger management provides the tools to channel our anger into healthy, productive problem-solving skills and techniques. It gives us the ability to feel the emotion without letting it be destructive to ourselves and those around us.
