“My counseling practice is focused on helping each individual develop insight and awareness, build skills, solve problems, and change behavior in constructive ways. I specialize in understanding relational dynamics and have special expertise in the areas of:
Women’s issues including self-esteem and abusive relationships
Parent/Adult Children dynamics
Sandwich generation challenges
Empty-Nest issues
Grief and Loss
Families dealing with Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorders
Personal Mentoring
Personally, Linda is married and the mother and mother-in-law to five adult children, and grandmother to the world’s 4 most beautiful little girls: Norah, Charlie, Ella and Edie. “My favorite, most rewarding, and most challenging role, will always be mother (and grandmother) hood! It is such a privilege.” Linda’s favorite past-times are spending time with her kids and grandkids, outdoor concerts at Symphony on the Prairie, reading, and sharing a good cup of coffee with her husband.
