Linda understands that each person and each situation is unique and deserves confidential, personalized attention. Her genuine, intentional approach, coupled with her many professional and real-life experiences, have uniquely equipped Linda to provide truly exceptional counseling.
A licensed mental health counselor, Linda Elliott holds a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from Indiana University and an MA in Counseling from Ball State University. She has management experience in health care and human service organizations and has also worked in the field of education at the primary and secondary levels.
In addition to her counseling practice, Linda also serves as Executive Director of the Practice. “I enjoy the diversity and balance that wearing two very different hats affords me. As Executive Director, my goal is to achieve the practice’s mission statement every day.”
“My counseling practice is focused on helping each individual develop insight and awareness, build skills, solve problems, and change behavior in constructive ways. I specialize in relationships: marital, inter-generational, professional, and spiritual. I have special expertise in the areas of marital counseling and enrichment, womens’ issues, parenting, sandwich generation issues, empty-nest challenges, grief and loss, and personal mentoring.”
If you are seeking this kind of intentional, individualized, professional care, please call and schedule a time to meet with Linda and begin your journey to a richer, more rewarding and satisfying life.
Personally, Linda is married and the mother (& mother-in-law) to four adult children and grandmother to the world's most beautiful baby girl! “My favorite, most rewarding, and most challenging job, will always be motherhood!” Her favorite past-times are outdoor concerts in the summer at Symphony on the Prairie, reading, working crossword puzzles and sharing a spice chai latte with her husband.
